On 18 June, Zijin Mining College 2015 Graduation Ceremony was held in Zijin Mining College of Fuzhou University. At the ceremony, the College granted awards to “Excellent Graduates” and “Chen Jinghe Excellent Graduates”. Chen Jinghe, Chairman of Zijin Mining Group attended the ceremony and share his view on life and l with the graduates.

Total of 141 students graduated from Zijin Mining College in 2015, among which 33 chose to pursue further study, accounting for 23% of the total, and the other 66.7% graduates will enter society and find jobs.

Mr Chen said to graduates that “we should face the current economic situation bravely, and make rational decisions about our careers. Meanwhile, take hard work and working conditions as a valuable life treasure. In addition, as for those who choose to pursue careers in mining industry, we should be fully aware that internationalization has been an irreversible trend, talents with professional knowledge and od foreign language ability will become even more popular. Therefore, improving foreign language ability further is very essential.

Moreover, Chen also expressed that “It is not easy to achieve success if a person is difficult to cooperate with. We should pay more attention to EQ improvement and enhance team work, strive to become a person that can bring great value to group and society.”
