On June 1, 2015 Annual Meeting of Finance Companies in China was held in Changchun. Zijin Finance Co., Ltd. was awarded with Grade A, the highest comprehensive level, in the first finance industry appraisal carried out by China Banking Regulatory Commission.

Results show that a total of 40 finance companies are awarded with Grade A, accounting for 20.41% of the total ;115 finance companies are awarded with Grade B, accounting for 58.67% of the total; 41 finance companies are awarded with Grade B, accounting for 20.92% of the total.

The rating index system for finance companies mainly comprises of 17 indexes in four aspects including capital centralization management ability, operation and service ability, risk management ability and profitability, each accounting for 40%, 20%, 25% and 15% respectively, among which, the key factors are capital centralization management ability and risk management ability. The grades are divided into A, B and C, respectively corresponding to the three stages of development of the companies - innovating stage , developing stage and growing stage. The business scope suitable for these three stages are different. In the future, China Banking Regulatory Commission will gradually conduct classified supervision on the finance companies according to the rating results. The higher the grade is, the broader the business scope will be, and it will be easier for the companies to get new businesses license in finance chain.

The rating shows confirmation of standard operation, proper risk management and fine operation performance in Zijin Fianance Co.,Ltd, and it will provide the company with favorable condition for its expansion of new business, and inspires confidence for the Group to create a “first-class finance company”.
