Zijin Announces Changes to the Board of Directors: Chen Jinghe as Chairman, Lan Fusheng as President

On December 30th 2016, Zijin held Third Extraordinary General Meeting (the “EGM”) at the Headquarters and elected the new members of Board of Directors and Supervisors.

The EGM adopts cumulative voting method, electing Chen Jinghe, Lan Fusheng, Zou Laichang, Lin Hongfu, Fang Qixue, Lin Hongying, Li Jian, Lu Shihua, Zhu Guang, Xue Haihua and Cai Meifeng as the Board of Directors of the sixth term. 

Lu Shihua, Zhu Guang, Xue Haihua and Cai Meifeng were elected as Independent Directors for a term of three years.

Chen Jinghe and Lan Fusheng were elected as the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Boards respectively for a term of three years. Lan Fusheng was also appointed as President of the Company. 

Liu Qiang was appointed as the secretary of the Boards, while Fan Changwen appointed as the secretary of the Company in HongKong for three years. Zou Laichang, Lin Hongfu, Fang Qixue, Lin Hongying and Xie Xionghui were nominated as Vice President.

Lin Shuiqing, Xu Qiang, Fan Wensheng, Liu Wenhong and Lan Liying were elected as the sixth term Supervisors for a term of three years. Lin Shuiqing was nominated as the Chairman of the Supervisors, while Xu Qiang was appointed as the Vice Chairman of the Supervisors.
