Zijin News - Serbia Zijin Mining recently hosted a Family Day where 63 people from 18 families of the company’s employees came to its mine site to see with their own eyes the working environment of their loved ones and learn about what they actually do at the company.

Many participants of the event were impressed by Serbia Zijin Mining’s highly mechanized operations and its efforts to build a forest-like green mine. The participants said they felt so assured for their loved ones who work in the company.

Activities were also held during the day, such as drama performances, a small sports game and quiz games.

In recent years, Serbia Zijin Mining, a major gold and copper producer, held many activities to help its employees, community members and the general public to understand its mining activities and learn more about its mine site. These events, which were organized to promote open and sincere communication, were well-received by local communities and members of the public in Serbia.
