Zijin Geophysical Technology (Beijing) Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zijin Mining, has successfully deployed its independently developed "Sinian 3D Induced Polarization (IP) System" in a domestic greenfield project. The system has successfully drilled several boreholes revealing mineralization, showcasing its advanced capabilities and effectiveness in metal mineral exploration.

The 3D Induced Polarization (IP) detection technology represents one of the key advancements in the world’s methods for metal mineral exploration. The Sinian 3D IP System surpasses similar equipment with its ability to reach greater depths, provide clearer images of underground structures, and improve reconnaissance accuracy, becoming an essential tool for 'subsurface visualization’ and enhanced exploration performance.

The system has significantly contributed to exploration successes in Serbia's Timok Metallogenic Belt and has recently demonstrated its effectiveness in a new greenfield project.

Widely applied in over 30 significant metallogenic belts globally, the Sinian System has achieved remarkable results in both brownfield and greenfield metal mineral exploration projects. It marks Zijin Mining as the first Chinese company to independently develop geophysical exploration equipment at an internationally advanced level.
