On Feb 12^th-14^th, Zijin held its 2019 Annual Work Meeting. The theme of the meeting  was “New Era, New Accomplishments, New Leap”, Zijin appealed to all the staff to work together to make new accomplishments and achieve a new leap.

Chairman Chen Jinghe made a speech in the meeting. He said, new accomplishments shall be achieved in new era. Staying Committed to the path of innovation, Zijin should promote the reform of its system in all respects, and facilitate a new round of business development with the core of internationalization.

Mr. Chen said, “New leap should be fulfilled in new era. Internationalization is the vital direction the company should take in the goal of becoming a global top mining company. ”

He pointed out that Zijin should continue to stick with the strategy of prioritizing resources in the first place, and secondly focus on the risk of company’s operations and also on company’s liability ratio. Thirdly, Zijin should implement the building of vital projects that already acquired by the company. Fourthly, corporate risk control should be attached more importance. Last but not least, Zijin should promote the sustainable development based on its fair adaptability and its capability of marketing, innovating, operating and so on.

Mr. Chen said，Zijin has just accomplished the first phase of its journey, only if all Zijin people can together maintain the passion and enthusiasm at work, Zijin’s Internationalization dream will eventually come true.
